Definitions

In these conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • "The Company": ShiftCatcher Limited.
  • "Customer": The customer of the company.
  • "Contract": Any contract for the sale of goods or services by The Company to the Customer.

Payment

  • Payments will be pre-authorized at the time of placing an order. No services shall be supplied without payment.
  • Membership is tailored specifically for each customer, and payment will be taken from your chosen payment method at the time of placing your order.
  • Payment Security: We use Shopify's secure payment gateway to handle transactions on our behalf. ShiftCatcher does not access your full payment method details except for your billing address, which is necessary for fulfilling your order.
  • Privacy: We do not store credit card details or share customer information with third parties.

Delivery Time

  • After placing an order, you will receive an email with further instructions to integrate your app with our software.
  • Once integration is complete, services will be activated immediately.

Notice

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes on their international orders. Some orders may experience customs delays, which are beyond our control.
  • Please contact your local customs office for additional information.

Claims

  • Claims arising from technical errors related to your app, internet provider, or other issues beyond our control will not be considered.
  • Scope of Service: ShiftCatcher provides assistance in catching shifts but does not guarantee a specific income or number of orders. This depends on the level of activity within Menulog, which is outside our control.

Refund Policy

At ShiftCatcher, we value fairness and transparency while safeguarding against misuse. Our 7-day risk-free trial ensures every potential customer can evaluate our software without obligation.

Key Terms:

1. Risk-Free Trial

  • All new users are entitled to a 7-day risk-free trial with no payment or personal information required.
  • During the trial, you will have full access to all features of our software to assess its suitability.
  • If the software does not meet your needs, you may discontinue usage without charges.

2. Membership Activation

  • Subscriptions can only be purchased after completing the 7-day trial.
  • By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that the software meets your requirements.

3. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Used Accounts: Refunds will not be issued once a subscription is purchased and the software is actively used. This includes partial usage, dissatisfaction after active usage, or delays in shift availability.
  • Referred Memberships: If you bypass the trial via referral, you are eligible for a refund only if requested within 7 days of purchase and verified as unused.
  • Unused Subscriptions: If you join but never use the software, you may request a refund. Non-usage must be verified by our system.

4. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims

  • Filing chargebacks or fraudulent claims will result in account suspension and may involve legal action.
  • Any abuse of banking rights for unauthorized refunds will be investigated and reported to financial institutions.

5. Important Notice

  • The 7-day trial is your opportunity to thoroughly evaluate the software. Beyond this period, purchasing a subscription signifies acceptance of the software’s value and forfeiture of refund rights.
  • Refunds based on dissatisfaction with shift availability or personal changes in circumstances will not be considered.

6. Compliance

  • By using ShiftCatcher, you agree to abide by this policy. Any violations or attempts to exploit our services may result in account termination and further action.
